Signing up with my Patient Access is simple. However, first please confirm
that your physician is offering my Patient Access services to patients.

Complete the easy sign-up process by visiting our sign-up page. You will
need your provincial health card.

my Patient Access’s basic services are complimentary. For enhanced services,
an annual subscription fee applies (see here for plan options).
